Presets gone. How do we get them reset?

We have an aged system with an ETC Express 72/144 board and the ETC preset panel. The issue is that we had someone from an outside organization come in and when finished cleared everything which included the presets for our panel. When we click on one of the presets it will not engage the dimmer or lights to come on. I have set the lights on the lightboard and then held down the preset button to "record" the lights that were on but this has not worked in helping to reset the presets. Any ideas?

Looks like an ETC Digital Address. There should be a cabinet (on the dimmer rack often) with an EMAP card that controls and knows all. It might be fastest to call ETC and have then lookup the job details for recording, lockouts, etc, as much of it is hard coded in EPROMS, job specific.
