Raspberry PI, Arduino Ethernet Shield and Proto Board

I am selling these items, kinda off center from other items posted but figured people here would like.

I have a Raspberry PI B Board
Arduino Ethernet Shield (fits the U3)
Adafruit Arduino Proto Shield (still in package, not assembled)

Looking for $75 for all 3!

If you only want one of the items let me know and we can probably work something out!
