Cannot rule out some crazy logic failure. Unplug the pack from everything. (NO AC Power Connected!) Use an Ohm meter to measure between the "hot" blade on the power cord (smaller one) and the "hot" slots on the output receptacles. If it looks like a short, the triacs are popped. Thank you both for responding. I will check out the threads and give the ohm tester a shot. I'm very grateful for this forum. I'll let you know how it turns out.
