ROGUE R2 SHUTTER PROBLEM

I have 4 Rogue R2s. All of them are working (Pan/Tilt) (Lamp On) but one of them has a shutter that is not opening. Ideas? Also one of them only pans and tilts halfway on both pan and tilt.

I would start by giving them a good cleaning. Sounds like they are dirty.
