I wonder about spraying your clear LED filament lamps with clear Plasti Dip. It's available in a rattle can, the rubbery aspect of it might work well. It's still going to look frosty, I think any kind of coating probably will. Clear office tape might work, too.

if you get the dip instead of the spray, you can avoid the frostiness.

We have made clear plastic vacuum formed lightbulbs for a couple of projects. They are a two piece vacuum form shape glued together around a smaller lamp. I think we made regular A type bulbs for string lights for a Carousel tour and Mogul lamp sized one for Cirque du Soleil. One had a fake lumiwire filament and battery in the base the other plugged in. They both worked well but it is not cheap.

The lamps with 'CL" or 'CLEAR" are non-frosted.

Bulbrite has some 60w filament LED lamps. Believe they are glass globes though. Ushio 40w in learning now plastic globe, but still not that safe for the audience if talent intentionally smashing them, of Bulbrite perhaps with the wattage, but glass globe.
