Wireless Shure wireless ULX2 microphone no signal response

I have 4 a Shure wireless ULX2 Beta 58a microphone and the receivers... theyre all paired up and workin besides one... its not getting any signal on the receiver. I noticed the antenna symbol on the receiver keeps moving from left to right here n there. any suggestions?

Did you turn on the transmitter before powering up the receiver? Turning the transmitter on first will interfere with the receiver’s frequency scanning function.

Yeah i did.. starting to think the wireless mic has gone faulty.. :s

Do you know if it's the mic or the receiver?
Sync the questionable mic to a know working receiver and test.
Sync the questionable receiver to a know working mic and test.
