Wireless Some RadioCom belt packs won't work when around cellphones

some audio com belt packs wont work when lots of cellphones are in the theater other times they work great.

Sorry... They are Radio Com Fixed Crystal There are 4 packs two work fine and the other two don't have any issues. The frequencies are between 100 and 200 Mghz.

Just wondering if any one has also seen this.

If they are operating in the VHF TV band, which I would assume they are if it's in the 100 - 200 MHz range, then they should not be affected by mobile phones. However it is entirely likely that since the DTV transition, you're now on an operating TV channel...

The belt packs work fine when the house is empty but when it is full of people we have to stand right next to the base station to get anything

how old are the units?
did you say two of the four are affected? or do all beltpacks suffer the problem?
I had problems with one of my units from the vendor. apparently the crystal was not quite in tune with the base station. I sent the belt pack back to telex and they touched it up It has worked well since then.
