Suspended LED Tube

I am on the hunt for LED tubes that are 360deg viewable. They would need to be suspended from one end and about 1 meter long. I just found the SGM LT tubes and they look promising. I still need to keep looking and see what else may be out there. Not only do I need a large quantity of them but I need them in three weeks. Right now I am just looking for products that would fit the bill. Any suggestions would be great.

I attempted to search posts but that one never popped up. Not the same project but it does sound similar.
