Web application for pre-cueing video direction in timeline form?

I was watching the excellent Eurovision 2014 technical overview video, and noticed a very cool web application that two people were using to program video mixing cues in advance, and I can't find the name of it for the life of me. Does anyone know? It appears at 43:52 in the video.
