If you were to have one "go to" book about lighting design that you can not only read cover-to-cover but also use as a reference, which book would you recommend?

I'm looking for a really good book to help me learn some new techniques and gain more knowledge, and I would like to know what you all think is the best book for the buck. Price is not an issue. Thanks!

Shelly is a very useful How To.

Pilbrow really covers the Art of it very well.

Have you read through this thread? There's also some good info in the wiki. Since I haven't purchased a text book in a long while, I can't say if there is something newer and better than when those were written.
