Hey all,
Thought I might ask for some help. I have a Wybron Color RAM 2 that will not respond. I checked the DMX cable with another scroller and they both worked just fine. The power supply does not recognize the bad scroller nor will the scroller respond to commands from the board. The fan turns on when it is plugged in so the scroller is getting power. Additionally the LED indicator lights on the bottom of the unit do not turn on.
If anyone has any thoughts that would help it would be most appreciated.
