yamaha 01V coverting SMPTE into MIDI timecode....is it possible?

Is it possible to convert SMPTE into MIDI TIMECODE using this board?

Please note that sound is NOT my forte!!!!

Neither the O1V or the newer O1V96 can convert SMPTE to MIDI. I know of no board in that price range that does. You will need an external device to do so.
