If the Yamaha powered mixer doesn't even light up the power LED, there isn't much that can be done. I would swap power cords and verify that the AC outlet it is plugged into has power. Beyond that, send it out for repair. The thing does not even have a user accessible fuse. Yamaha has a service center finder on its website.

If the symptoms are different than I described, let us know, and maybe there are some other things to check.
