On the FLX S24, you can customise the IP address of the Art-Net connection. To do this, go to Setup > Universes > Art-Net. In here, you can then select a default 2.x.y.z IP (Primary), a default 10.x.y.z IP (Secondary), a custom static IP, or configure the console to use the assigned DHCP IP.

2.x.y.z IP addresses theoretically should not be used on networks that have Internet access. The following IP addresses are designed for use on private networks that have Internet access:On a related issue, is it correct that (at least some) 2.x.x.x addresses have been assigned to RIPE and are no longer considered private (like 10.x.x.x or 192.168.x.x, for example) or even reserved?
The Art-Net specification specifically states that Art-Net devices should default to a 2.x.y.z IP address. This is of course on the understanding that the majority of lighting networks will be completely isolated from the Internet. Thus the use of 2.x.x.x for artnet is something of an anachronism on modern networks?

Absolutely, lighting networks should be air gapped from the internet, but it's not always a given, for various reasons. This is of course on the understanding that the majority of lighting networks will be completely isolated from the Internet.
Yes - same username as your CB one. I figured that account was either you, or a massive coincidence
192.168.9.114What's the IP on the computer running Minecraft?
We're trying to recreate a production that we've worked on in an actual theatre, but MC is an easy way to get lots of people in the "same" place. Found a mod that can add lights. We would have it on closed system, but then MC can't connect to server. How much of a problem is connecting FLXs to internet?
