maybe this will help. when you click record theres a couple options u can select. one says "record minus sub" click that and the other says "include other cue lists" check that one too. when u include other cue lists it saves your selections from your palettes. hope that helps. i use horizon...

Thank you for following up with me, I double checked and I have the CD80 Supervisor here.. the channels that don't work are 175-180 and also channel 168 is no good anymore which is on the same rack/phase.
