Design ADJ mega tri as cyc light?

Anyone use these as a cyc lighting unit? 24' stage length and 15' height to throw on. Looking to see if these might produce acceptable results without having to get into spectra cycs or such.

Probably won't be bright enought. I have the non-tri version and they are good for up lighting a dark room, but if I used them at a school dance they are washed out by my scanners. Look into Elation or the Chauvet pro series if you just need a dirty way to change colors.

It depends on yor cyc, if it's a white or lighter color cyc then you can probably get away with it. I'm actually working on something similar for a client with a small buget but needs color changing.

It ended up looking decent.I guess the tech there ended up using some diffusion gel on them. Even though they a tri LED the colors did streak a little at with certain color blends and at such a close range. Pictures exaggerate the hot spot at the bottom a bit.
