Hello All,

I'm trying to do some research on my thesis about training programs for graduate level technical directors regarding effective training programs for job success and I'm having a difficult time finding any articles remotely relating to the subject. I know they must exist. Does anyone know where I might be able to find some?

A portion of the problem will lie with what type of technical director do you mean?

I would search the archives of PLASA/ESTA Protocol magazine after you have exhausted USITT. You may also want to check out Technical Brief from the Yale School of Drama.
