Behringer x 32 Producer Newbie

Can some one explain to me how this mixer works.so i can bettter understand the signal path from Innput to output.
Ive set upp my mixer so it works,but dont know exactly why.

Can someone provide me with a step by step guide ,How to connect and setup my Equipment.

My equip (for studio use)

Inputs
1 Keyboard
1 Synth
1 Balanced Microphone
1 Unbalanced Microphone
1 stereo line inn CD player

Outputs
4 Monitors
1 sub bass.
Card for use with sonar.

I need all inputs to go to Monitors and bass and to the card.
And i need a CH for playback from the Card.

I got problem with Routing Sends and busses so im Greatfull for any Help.
