Can you flip the LCD display on a GLP X4?

Hi,

I've got a bunch of GLP X4-S fixtures underhung on my grid, and all of their LCD displays are reading upside-down. Is there a button combination to flip the display? I don't see instructions anywhere in the manual, but I have been told it is possible...

GLP Tech Support reports this is not possible. Bummer.

Really? I don't have any experience with this specific fixture, but I have yet to see one that this was possible.
Usually there are specific mounting points, and/or cable runs that have work in a specific orientation.
