Automated Fixtures Chauvet 4 Bar Blinking LEDs?

Hey guys,

I just bought a Chauvet 4 bar for my band and the thing is only 3 months old with probably 10 hours of use on it to date. 2 of the 4 main lights have blinking Green LED's when it goes to 'green scenes' or when showing green on the automated cycles. I am a total noob here, but does this mean those LED's are going to need replacing already?

I am not sure what I have for warranty since I purchased it in Canada. Any basic information to help a guy new to lighting would be fantastic. Thanks in advance.

i note you live in Canada and you purchased it in Canada. Take it back to the dealer with your receipt and explain what has happened.

There is not a simple fix for flickering LEDs - to identify the cause requires test equipment and electronics knowledge not available to most people. Typically Chauvet do not even have scematics

It's probably an issue with the dmx chip or driver card. Take it back, or check your warranty card (might be online if you threw it away). You might also call Chauvet.

We have had a few sets of those for some of our bar/club rigs . Is it the same green row of lights on both ?
