Closing GrandMA2 PC Program

I've downloaded the GrandMA2 PC program, and I've been playing around with it for a while, but I haven't been able to figure one thing out:

How do I close this program? I can't click on the red X in the corner of the window, and I can't find an option in the Setup or Backup menus (or any other menus, for that matter) that resemble a 'shut down' or 'close' command.

I can't speak for that program specifically, but the keyboard shortcut for closing an application is Alt + F4 on a PC. I believe on Mac it's Apple + F4. Now, if the "red X" (sounds like you're on a Mac) does not appear to be functional then that probably means that there's another window within that application that needs to be closed first.

There is a yellow button in the top left corner, click that and then click Quit.

Great! Thanks; I also discovered that typing "ShutDown" into the command line works.

Is the software and the 3D visualizer compatible with Mac computers?

No, you have to run parallels/bootcamp/etc.
