Someone has offered me some slightly used Forerunners. They are priced really low compared to new Apollos. How would they compare to say SmartColorPRO?

The forerunner is a very well respected color scroller.
Wybron is no longer is business, but a group of its employees got together and started a new company to do a number of things, including continuing to service and sell parts for the forerunners.
