Control/Dimming control issues with a DMX-40B with SlimPar64 LED's

I run sound for our church and we recently purchased 8 Chauvet SlimPar64 LED's. We had a DMX-40b running our old chase control light rigs (ones with dip switches). I've cleared all the scenes in the 40b and addressed the new 64's 1-8. Can't control them for nothin'. We ended up setting them to static colors for the service. I'd like to get this working, but so far have not gotten any help from Chauvet. All cabling is correct. Is this a simple addressing issue? Thanks.
