I am based in Perth, Western Australia and have just fixed a Levitron Innovator 48/96 with the help of William Carlton, so I wanted to thank Levitron Tech Support and pass on a troubleshooting hint.
The desk was shipped to Perth from the states and after it was changed to 240v operation, did not start up. There was no lcd display and no video out. There were some preset and group leds but no activity on the leds on the rear panel. The fault turned out to be a faulty second video card, which had a blown smd fuse. We got the desk working again by going back to a single video out and reloaded the operating system. After we replaced the fuse, we got the second video card going again and the desk is fine.
