Control/Dimming EDI TSC Offline Editor

Hi I'm trying to reprogram our schools EDI TSC modeled Wall Stations. I have to software provided by parlights, but I can't get the software to install. Any recommendations?

I don't think there is one. I looked back at my stuff from when I commissioned their systems. I have the TSC2LAN but it only has a help file.
