9 cables, 5 channels. Somebody did the math !.

Must've been a film shoot with a grip that laid this.

Why even run the yellow jacket in this first place? Why not just tape down that many cables. Not like that is exactly ADA approved!

Because it still forms a ramp, and distributes the load some over the cables, just not nearly as effective as using it as it was designed.
