ETC Element irfr issue

hii have an etc element. i had it all setup up to work with the irfr app and it worked for about a day. the wireless router got unplugged while the board was on and i cannot get the app to work again. i can connect to the board but when i go to the rfr part of the app i have no actual control its just a unresponsive keypad with blank green spaces that would ussually say next, last, full ect. what do i do to regain control.

Try a reset of the console password. In the app, just re-type the existing password. This is the easiest and quickest "sometime" fix.

I have tried completly re downloading the app and i still have nothing

I guess you want to verify the network is properly working, could be running very slow for some reason. Are you using static or dynamic IP's ?? An IP conflict can cause what your seeing, I've seen routers do strange stuff when powered on, sometimes they don't come back properly. Is there anything other computers for example you can use on the network to make sure that things are talking properly?

You may also want to look at DHCP servers. Only the router OR the console should have that option on. Chances are good the router got reset so now you have 2 running.
