How might I go about replacing the hard drive in our Ionconsole? It is on its way out. Also, more and more frequently, the board has had some small malfunctions, and has been locking up.
The HD usually isn't an 'end user' serviceable item. I would highly recommend calling ETC tech support. Those guys are awesome and have saved my butt a handful of times. Also, they might ask for your log files to help troubleshoot the 'small malfunctions' you are having.

I had the same issue. Worked with my local lighting vendor and sent it off to ETC they replaced it at no charge(under warranty) and got it back to me quickly. One of the easiest things i have ever done. They also upgraded us to the newest version of the software with the hard drive replacement. ETC tech support is Great!
