Control/Dimming Express RFU not working

Our RFU for our Express 250 powers up and shows what is happening on the board, but the keys are now unresponsive. Any thoughts on what may be wrong, or a repair solution?

If the screen is reflecting the live state of the console but the face panel is unresponsive, it is going to be a hardware issue. Call ETC Tech Support to get the nearest ETC dealer.
