Flame Proofing Polyacrylic rug

Hi folks,

Does anyone know a product best to use on a polyacrylic rug? Rosco Flamex leaves a slippery residue.

Any help is much appreciated.

Is it not inherently flame retardant? Check the product specs if you can find them.
