Control/Dimming Ghosting LED and Flourescent on a single 20a 120v circuit

I have been using LED and compact fluorescent for work lights and specials on stage. They are circuited with our house dimming system but are profiled for non-dims. I am getting ghosting from the fluorescent because of leaking voltage from the dimmers. is there any way to put a connector with a resistor or something to draw the spare voltage out of the circuit to not let the LED or Fluorescent glow?

100 watt incandescent lamp on the circuit somewhere will fix the problem. Almost all dimmers will do this.

Better stock up on those 100 watt lamps NOW! Production must cease on general purpose 100 watt lamps January 1st, 2012. Sure, some will still be on the shelves after that, and rough service and other specialty types will still be available, but they are more expensive.

According to the wiki entry for ghost load, any 100 watt load will do. Incandescent are just easier (currently)

There is a link on the Snubber wiki (snubber - ControlBooth) it's for LED but should work just as well for what you are looking at.
