hi, I just joined the community! I am a director and set designer in NYC, just starting out and hoping to attend UCI for Directing and Design in 2010. Currently working on my first professional production on the lower east side and am glad to be exploring all kinds of avenues for troubleshooting my show!

Welcome to CB, great to see a director that is interested in tech, ( a lot just say "Do it"), I'm sure we will be able to help answer all of your questions, no matter how simple they may seem, ask away and just remember that the only stupid question is a question un-asked, and one that we have already answered, so use the search function before starting a new thread. Keep checking back regularly and soon you will be teaching your techs new things, who knows, maybe you will be able to fix the problem that has been boggling them.
