Help Identify a Dimmer Rack

First off, I know you will all hate the brand, but there is an old dimmer rack that needs to be identified. It is made by Lehigh and it looks like an old sunburst rack. This rack was installed in the early 2000-2001 timeframe. Also, once its identified, if anyone has a link to a manual of some sorts, that would be great.

You might want to consider cleaning that thing. Looks like 12 years of dust in there!
