Help me pick a console

Hey guys I'm new to the forum. Would like pick y'all's brains on console Ideas I have halfway made a decision but have only been doing this a year. I LD for a up and coming Christian rock band (theremedybandmusic.com) we are steady amping up our production but budget is slim as is everything I still work full time to pay for my equipment. What we are running now is 8 rgbw 3w pars two mac500 (more to come) and some front lights I run on dimmer packs. We all love Mac so trying to keep it with osx compatible. I'm familiar with chamsys I use a maxi wing at church. I was thinking a chamsys wing to my laptop remote ipad for touchscreen execution? Any suggestions?

They're are like a eBay brand made in US rgbw 3w 55 nothing nice low budget they get the job done with brands like these it's hit or miss
