This is what I'm using for a high bay 400w metal halide replacements... http://www.lightingsupply.com/s7396.aspx . We remove the ballast and wire line voltage, 120v straight to the socket. These are mogul base lamps and work great. If your fixture doesn't have a ballast, you're already set!
