Help with fixture profiles

I am trying to get a Source 4wrd color ll working with an ETC Element board, I have tried researching fixture profiles and looked on the board and have found nothing. Any ideas on what to do? I specifically need to import a fixture profile to get it working, The address is correct and everything is hooked up and i have double checked my patching work. How do I get the fixture to receive inputs?

How would i go about doing that?

In live mode hit the "About" button. In the lower right display it will tell you what Software version you are at and below that it will tell you Fixture Library. Compare your version to current software here: https://www.etcconnect.com/Eos-Software/
If they are wildly different then it would be a good time to upgrade your software. Make sure you back up your show first.

More importantly is what is your software version? And then depending on that we can work out a plan of attack.
