Help with Philips ColorBlast TRX RGBAW Wash Units

So we have 6 Colorblast TRX RGBAW units for the show I am working on and they are all set up in 16-bit and run through an ETC Ion Console. Right now, we are having an issue with three of the units where they flicker as they fade into or out of a cue. All six are set up the same way, with Linear DMX Curves. Anyone have any troubleshooting ideas for why three of them aren't fading smoothly? Thanks!

Determine if it's a control or fixture issue:
Pick two fixtures, one working and one malfunctioning, and swap addresses at the fixtures, changing nothing else. Does the problem move with the units or stay the same?
