Holly Ball load in tomorrow (Sunday)

We're starting at 8:00 AM tomorrow morning. The event is in a 60 x 160' tent attached to a Country Club, both are used. It takes about 9500' of AC, Audio and Video cable to get up and running.

3 - 3 chip video cameras
1 - live video production suite

Lighting:

9 - 575w Altman Star Pars
1 - Altman Shakespeare
1 - Vue 4
2 - ESC Zipper
1 - Truss 30'
6 - Tent pole rigging clamps
6 - Tent pole covers
1 - Dual goose neck podium light
1 - NSI dimming system
1 - 100' Power distribution system (ties into the generator)

Sound:

1 - ATW 3137 wireless mic
1 - AT43HE (wired back up)
1 - Dual CD/Mixer (background music)
2 - EX10
2 - SxA250

Should be set up by 5:00 PM and back for rehearsal at 7:00, home around 10:00

The event is Monday night and we'll load out Tuesday morning.

Everything but the three cameras was set up today in 5.5 hours by a three man crew.
