LED lighting for aisles and stairs in theater Best place to purchase?

Hello,
We are looking for a source for LED lighting on our stairs and ledges. They must be protected from feet. Commercial quality. We can make from pieces if we can get all the parts to assemble. Any one have the same issues? I can find the lights but finding a protective covering for the LED's is not as easy.

Encasing the LEDs in a rigid plastic tube, routered in a groove so as to be flush-mounted, is quite common.
