We are upgrading our light board at the theatre where I work in and we're considering a Colortran/NSI/Leviton/Whatever Innovator 72/144. The guy at Norcostco said it was comparable to an ETC Express 250 (we love ETC) but it had more faders onboard and had better moving light control. Plus it was over a thousand dollars cheaper. I know how Colortran is, and could never get used to their syntax but I was interested to know what others' opinions are on this console? I hope it is alittle more user-friendly than a Status from 1995. We wanted an Expression 3 but we ARE a non-profit organization so that was out. I'm just alittle concerned about the stability of the processor and so-forth. Our Status has become very tempermental and hates the fact that we use it everyday.
