Looking for mains-dimmable plastic Christmas lights

Hi, everyone.

I am looking for Christmas lights that meet the following criteria:

1. They must be dimmable on a normal theatrical circuit
2. They must be plastic, non-breakable (they fall on cue)
3. Because of #2, they must probably also be LED (though this is not desirable for its own sake)
4. They should look as much as possible like the old-fashioned Christmas lights with the opaque colored glass lamps

Any help is greatly appreciated.

We have considered dipping glass lamps in some sort of safety coating, but we'd like to avoid that if possible.

Thanks, Bill, you introduced me to OptiCore, a good product line to know about. They have an extensive range, and seem to specialize in LED-based imitations of traditional Christmas light lamps that are dimmable and virtually shatter-proof. Thanks for the pointer.
