Automated Fixtures Mac 500 lamp off from an Element?

My college just acquired half a dozen Mac 500s, but we're having some issues with control from our Element. Specifically, we can't figure out how to turn our lamps off from the board. I've enabled the DMX lamp off feature on the fixtures, but the lamp off and reset options just don't show up in the board's moving light interface. Am I missing something in the console settings, or does our software really not allow for something that should be in the fixture profile?

Call up the fixture channel number(s) and press [About]. Lamp controls are in the CIA screen.

Does the Element have a CIA screen?

Lamp controls are in the "About" dialog. Press About then enter the channel number(s) and the magic buttons will appear.

With the channels selected, press [About]. On the far right side of the About screen in what derek calls the CIA area, you'll see the Lamp Controls tile. Click on that and you'll get Lamp on, lamp off and Fixture Global reset.
