Having trouble with my hazer, I will produce haze manually but as soon as I give it a DMX signal the display reads oFF any help would be great.

Never used that hazer, but there are some dmx products that need to be completely connected to the data chain BEFORE they are powered up. Have you tried that?

It was working fine during programming and manually bringing up the channel on the board but playing back the cue stack it doesn't seem to want to fire.

I've messed with those hazers before and feel like this is a problem that comes up semi frequently. I've heard random things like add a terminator or plug a DMX line straight into it back to the console. I would say start from there with the DMX or a terminator.

Already have the terminator, DMX run back to my console isn't an option. ETC EOS DMX over cat5.

I didn't realize it but I must have another device with the same address and it was interfering with it. I re addressed the Hazer and it is working just great now.
