Control/Dimming Martin M1 Channel/Dimmer Check?

As I have mentioned before, my current company uses Martin M1 consoles, version 3.22.458.0. I've been perusing the manual to no avail, and trying to search the Internet, but my Google-fu is failing again... I'm looking for a way to do a channel check or dimmer check that won't wear out my Clear, 0, Full, @, and Enter buttons.

I could program ETC Express(ion) macros to do 1 button channel checks easily, but I can't seem to figure it out on this one. Maybe something to do with the Function keys?

Aaaaand... I've learned how to use the Highlight button. This post can now be ignored or ridiculed. Take your pick. -.-
