Martin Stage Lighting Atomic 3000 Strobe Detonator Controller Repair

I have a broken Atomic controller that I would like repaired. I bought this thing used and hooked it up to my atomic fixtures (set dip switches on fixture) but does not even power up ? Is it worth repairing ? If so how does it ?
