    Hello-

I'm looking for some lighting simulation software...nothing too fancy but a decent picture of what different set-ups could look like. I tried LightConverse but it's blocked on my network at work. Any suggestions!

    THANKS!

Well there are lots of good ones but they tend to be a little expensive since they are always tied to some sort of 3-D CAD software. The industry is generally split between Vectorworks and WYSYWIG (Doesn't appear to be working at the moment). Coming in third would probably be the products from Stage Research.

Are you a student? Vectorworks has some great deals for Student versions of the software. It's fully functional... just prints out student version on the plot.
