New Member with a shout out - I came here to learn more, receive help if it was available, and hopefully someday share experiences that can be helpful as well ( that will be a while )
My shout out goes to Chauvet and CB member @Ford - while I heard from others that they Chauvet has had a bad reputation for their tech support on what I perceive as their inexpensive, small venue, small universe targeted product line, they are trying hard to change that perception, and have. I received a great deal of support and help directly from Chauvet, and solved every problem I was dealing with, so don't be afraid to reach out based on past reputation or even others perception!
Big or small, I am impressed with this CB group - thanks again for the Membership and information!
