Control/Dimming NSI 2408 CD Dimmer System- Trim Control

Hello Again!
At the church where I Volenter we have a 2408 CD Dimming system and it has a HUGE problem with Dimmer Curve! Me and My Dad couldn't figure out how to adjust tht Trim on the Dimmers, Could You Help Us?. Any and All Help Would be Appriciated! Bellow are our system Specs!

Contol Board: NSI MC7524
Dimmers: NSI 2408 CD
Remote Panels: NSI 808 CP
Interface Unit: NSI I/F 501

I've been searching around a bit and I don't see anything that suggests it's possible to make any adjustments on that dimmer (Other than a couple of dip switches). NSI dimmers are okay, but they are not exactly high end products. It wouldn't surprise me if there's nothing you can do about adjusting the curve.

What is the lighting system doing that makes you want to adjust the curve? Maybe there is some other way we can help you.
