Opening My Options

I want to become more involved with the technical aspects of my school's plays. Are there any good books out there on lighting, stage management/assistant stage managing, sound, building/set design that someone could recommend. I love pretty much all of those fields but only have a little experience in all of them. When providing, please remember the name and the author (and a URL if you have one).
