problem for dimmer

We have PLS dimmer WM1216A-12D(or VM1210C-12D).

When we input dimming value 50% for only one channel by console, there is no problem(no noise)
But the noise is generated from dimmer in more than 2 channels(at the same time)

What can we do to solve this problem?

Dimmers make noise, there really isn't much you can do about it besides try to relocate the dimmer if it is becoming to loud. From looking at the manual it has an option for the fan to be ran in low noise situation depending on the heat but it isn't very specific.

Just to be sure, is the noise originating at the dimmer, or the lamp? Both can be problems.
